RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at MODJL. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This return policy outlines our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

a. Eligibility. We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

b. Process. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@modjl.eu with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

c. Refunds. We will issue a refund to the original payment method for the amount of the item(s) returned, minus any shipping fees or discounts applied. Refunds may take 10 business days to process.

d. Exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We will send you a return label and instructions for returning the original item(s) and placing a new order for the desired item(s).

 

2. Exceptions

a. Final Sale Items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items marked as final sale.

b. Customized Items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized or personalized.

c. Used Items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

 

3. Shipping

a. Returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.

b. Exchanges. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges, unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.
